You can make the order at any convenient time. We work for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just add chosen item to the shopping cart, click "CHECKOUT" and follow the step-by-step instruction to complete your order. We guarantee delivery of the order within 48 hours or to date specified by you (orders processed from 9am to 9pm local time).

How to pay

We accept Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Also you can pay by Western Union money transfer or Webmoney.

Note: if you do not want to pay online, you can send us your order information and credit card details by fax. For this purpose send to the fax number +1(810)963-4187 a message with following content:
1. Complete Address, Telephone and Name of an recipient.
2. Date of delivery.
3. Name, price and description of a bouquet (or URL of products' page).
4. Your message to the recipient.
5. Card Type (Visa/MC/Amex/Discover), Card Number and expire date, Name Exactly as it Appears on Card, 3 Digit Code After Card # on Back of Card
6. Your Full address (Street address, city, state, country, zip), e-mail, contact telephone (fax).

We guarantee delivery of an order to the addressee within 48 hours after reception of the order or in the date, specified by you (not less then 24 hours). We deliver from 8am to 9pm local time. Costs of delivery are included in price of any bouquet. Any other products within 1 order will be delivered together with bouquet free of charge.

Cancellation policy

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Forty-eight hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order. An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for delivering to the recipient. In another cases we keep 20% of the order's total and refund the rest of the sum paid. In case of incomplete or incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the fact that flowers is a perishable item.
If the fulfilling florist can not deliver your order due to incorrect address we will notify you of the problem immediately, and if you provide us with correct delivery address we will re-attempt delivery.
Delivery in region requires an additional payment (will see below rules). We’ll bill you on e-mail after checking order. If quality of gotten composition unsatisfactorily, we'll produce change. If the quality of gotten goods does not satisfy You, ask to send the letter with claim on the address support@flowers.com.ua for 48 hours since moment of delivery. Considering perishable nature of delivered goods, we'll not be able to produce the change or return the cost of the order if notice was not received in this time.

Possible variations

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in some regions. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a most similar composition of flowers of equal value and beauty. All efforts will be made to maintain size, the shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance. Additional gifts (toys, chocolates, sweets, cakes, etc.) may vary according to an assortment in an exact region. Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.

Delivery of order

In case the recipient wasn't at home, we leave right for itself on own choice:
- leave the flowers to neighbours, having placed on door of the grantee note with instruction, who exactly received flowers from his name.
- leave in door of the grantee note with request to ring to florist's shop and agree time of delivery. - to call to a recipient for co-ordination the time of the repeated delivery.
The incomplete or invalid address or phone number can vastly delay delivery of Your order.

Delivery at off-hour time

Early (before 9 a.m.) and late (after 8 p.m.) delivery is possible on preliminary request. The cost of early and late delivery are specified and paid in each event apart.
