- Delivery flowers to a region in the specified cities: $8-$60.
- Cost of delivery gift to Ukraine without a bouquet to one address: $12.
- Delivery flowers in exact time (from 8 am till 9 pm): $8.
- Flowers shipping in Ukraine without a phone number of the Recipient: $8
- Delivery flowers at the weekend: $8. (Weekend delivery is not available in some cities. Check Your city, please)
- Delivery flowers on holiday: $8.
- Delivery at off-hour time (before 9 am and after 8 pm local time): specify and pay individual.
- You need to agree the photographing with the Recipient. If Recipient refuses to be photographed, we do not guarantee photo and we do not pay back the money for the service.

Delivery of flowers and gifts to Ukraine
- In case the Recipient wasn't at home, we leave the rights for ourselves for one of these:
- Leave the flowers to neighbors, having placed on door of the grantee note with instruction, who exactly received flowers from his/her name.
- Leave in door of the grantee note with request to ring to florist's shop and agree time of delivery.
- To call to a Recipient for co-ordination the time of the re-delivery.
Delivery of an order can be laid out if:
- On holidays and weekends We can deliver only orders which was placed on time (at least 2 days before).
- Customer wrote an invalid or incomplete address of Recipient.
- Customer wrote an invalid or incomplete phone number of Recipient.
- There is no way for contact to the Recipient (except cases, when it was agreed the delivery without phone number or preliminary call to the Recipient).
Cancellation of an order
- Notify us as soon as possible if You wish:
- To cancel Your order of delivery flowers.
- To change Your order of delivery flowers.
We will accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for sending or prepared for shipment. Forty-eight hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.
An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for sending to the recipient.
In another cases we keep 20% of the order's total and refund the rest of the sum paid.
In case of incomplete or incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the fact that flowers is a perishable item.
If the fulfilling courier can’t deliver your order due to incorrect address we will notify you of the problem immediately, and if you provide us with correct address we will re-attempt operation.
We do not accept claims AFTER completion of the order.
If the Recipient is not satisfied with the quality of goods ordered, Recipient can refuse to accept the goods DURING the delivery.
If quality of gotten composition unsatisfactorily, we'll produce change.
If the quality of gotten goods does not satisfy You, ask to send the letter with claim on the address email@example.com for 48 hours since moment of delivery. Considering perishable nature of delivered goods, we'll not be able to produce the change or return the cost of the order if notice was not received in this time.

- Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in some regions. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will make and courier will deliver a most similar composition of flowers of equal value and beauty. All efforts will be made to maintain size, the shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance.
Additional gifts (toys, chocolates, sweets, cakes, etc.) may vary according to an assortment in an exact region.
